1. Proposed Certification of Class Action against McDonald’s for misrepresentation (i.e. McDonalds stated that its french fries contained no dairy, however they then changed there mind and indicated there was dairy). Dairy of any kind can kill my clients which have a condition known as Galactosemia).
2. Currently suing women’s prison in Memphis, Tennessee (Mark H. Luttrell Correctional Facility) for constitutaionl right violations.
3. Currently suing Knox County Schools in 2 cases for mistreatment of students (one student, who was developmentally disabled was assaulted by a policer officer called by the school; another case is a student on student harassent case where the school failed to protect my client’s daughter).
4. Currently suing several law enforcement agencies for civil rights violations. These cases are in federal court but are against Knox, Blount and Loudon counties.
5. Currently suing several employers for retaliatory discharge claims against several employers such as Wal-Mart, Dollar General Stores and Y-12.
